Hello everyone, this is Dr. Ghossein with you to continue where we left the Canadian government foreign affairs politics.
In this blog 4 let us look at the Chinese fiasco; China a great nation, a super power, ancient culture, like other super powers they want to flex their muscles, otherwise what is the use of being a super power. I want to leave the HuaWei situation and start with the ambassador of China to Canada, called a news conference and publicly insulted Canada in the worst way possible, the rules dictate that such impertinent person be called  to the office of the minister of Canadian foreign affairs, to be in the least admonished or in the most sent packing to China while being declared Persona Non Grata following precisely diplomatic and consular rules of the Vienna Convention. He was defiant because he and his government knew that they are dealing with a spineless, incompetent government in Canada.
Then the dealing with our own Canadian ambassador to China who went rogue and forgot that he is a diplomat and his duties are just to relay the message of his government to the host country, another impertinent one that knew very well he is dealing with a week all over the place Canadian government, It took our prime minister more than two days to fire the ambassador from his retirement job.
It would have been nice if our foreign affairs minister was, instead the Saudi girl, parading our detainees upon their collective release from China, Cuba, Russia etc. Weakness, hot air, and lip service will never get Canadians out of arbitrary detention. All this is being pushed on Canada and Canadians, while our prime minister praises China and its regime, this makes me dizzy wondering what is our government doing?
Four of the five eyes along with other eyes as well, decided not to deal with HuaWei on the 5G network technology, and they have valid reasons, why is our government still dragging its feet on that subject? I tell you why; When you have no clue what to do, go slow, Mockery of a process, go slow when it is urgent, go fast when it is irrelevant.
I will continue on foreign affairs in my next blog 5 SKG,
